Terry abides by his own advice, “Spend less than you earn and invest the difference.” He gives the same advice, and a whole lot more, to his clients with whom he has nurtured enduring relationships. "Many of my clients have developed into close friends,” Terry says, and he deeply values their loyalty and trust. Terry brings more than 50 years of experience in the financial industry to the Hightower Signature Wealth team.

Terry has a BA in economics from Monmouth College and his resume reflects his leadership in the financial industry. Before joining the firm in 2000 he served as CIO and trust division head at Old Second National Bank in Aurora. Later he joined the management team at Merchants National Bank of Aurora where he led the trust and investment division.

Terry has served on the boards of numerous organizations in the Aurora area, including Aurora Family YMCA, Friends of the Kane County Child Advocacy Center, and Paramount Arts Centre Endowment Fund.

Terry is a Cleveland native and a loyal Cleveland Browns fan since the late 1950s. He enjoys golf, auto racing with right and left hand turns, friends, and is a proud father and grandfather.
