Client Service Associate
Kristin blends precision with heart. As a kid she dreamed of becoming a veterinarian—she loved animals too much to imagine the harder parts—so her first career took her deep into eye care. Over 15 years she moved from optical retail to ophthalmology, even observing surgeries, before shifting to the finance side at Washington University’s ophthalmology department, where she handled physicians’ P&Ls and the department budget. A cousin later opened the door to wealth management; Kristin brought her love of data, numbers, and people—and discovered a field where she could keep learning every day.
Curiosity is her signature. She listens closely, asks thoughtful questions, and translates details into calm, consistent client service. At home, life is joyfully busy; as a Mother of three (Cecilia 9, Kai 8, Delilah 6) a steady rotation of kid logistics is always trying to be conquered. Her reset button is simple—mindfulness, a walk outside barefoot in the grass, yoga, and the occasional foodie date night from a running “try next” list. Favorite trip ever: Hawaiʻi (she can still recall the scent in the air) and she hopes to take her husband there soon.
Ask Kristin what wealth means and she’ll say: the freedom to exhale—travel, give back, and live without the fear of running out—after years spent building a life and caring for those you love.
