Associate Director
Ula keeps the wheels turning—literally and figuratively. An operations professional whose career has been built almost entirely on word-of-mouth recommendations, she entered financial services through insurance industry and, in 2022, moved to the advisory side to focus on building resilient, well-run client operations. Born in Poland, Ula brings a builder’s mindset—practical, mechanical, and calm—to every system and process she touches.
Outside the office, Ula is most at home on a trail with her mountain bike exploring New England and beyond. To give back, she has coached youth riders, organized rides for the neighborhood kids, and pitched in on New England Mountain Bike Association trail-build days. At home, two rescue cats (affectionately dubbed “the Furminators”) supervise while she renovates her house and sneaks in sewing projects. Her north star is sustainability: cultivating native plants in the garden, reducing waste and increasing impact awareness within her network. She likes to leave places not only looking better, but also healthier.
Colleagues know Ula for clear judgment and growth mindset—guided by favorite quote: "No bird soars too high if he soars with his own wings," by William Blake. Ask her what wealth means and she’ll say it is the balance of enjoying an active life now—travel, new skills, new trails—while steadily building a secure future. If she ever hosted a show, it would be called “Can I Bring My Bike?”—because exploration is always part of the plan.
