Tara Maxwell serves as Director of Planning, where she combines deep technical experience with a practical, people-first approach to multi-scenario comprehensive planning. With a focus on long-term impact, Tara empowers clients to visualize the results of their financial decisions, ensuring their plans are directly aligned with their personal goals and legacy objectives. She excels at helping clients navigate significant life transitions, illuminating options they may not have previously considered to secure their financial future.

Tara uses her 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, to solve complex planning challenges and deliver service to clients across the practice.

Tara earned a BS in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and an MBA from the University of Louisville. She is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) professional.

Away from the office, Tara is an active member of her local church and a dedicated "sports mom," who spends time watching her son, Aiden, at the golf course and her daughter, Piper, on the volleyball court.
