Senior Client Service Associate

As the Client Services Manager for the HTSW Tampa Team, Sheila teams with advisors to provide detailed, personalized client care and assists in the selection of appropriate life, health and ancillary benefit options for individuals and employer groups. She also oversees client communications, provides management and organization of the office environment, and creates digital and printed material to enhance the practice’s professional image.

Sheila began her career in the insurance industry, where she worked as a claims adjuster before leaving the work force to raise her children. She and her husband Juan have two grown sons and live in Tampa. She enjoys reading, home design and travel.
