Sergio Garcia, CFP®, EA, is a senior financial planner at Hightower Signature Wealth (formerly known as Frontier). Sergio joined the practice in 2023 with 15 years of experience in personal financial planning and wealth management. Prior to joining Hightower Signature Wealth, Sergio served in senior advisor and planning roles in wealth management firms focused on financial planning and advising clients.

Sergio is an active member of the Financial Planning Association of Dallas-Fort Worth, previously serving on the chapter’s Board of Directors. He serves as a council member on the CFP® Board’s Council on Examinations. Previously, Sergio’s professional involvement extended to time spent as an adjunct instructor in Retirement Planning at SMU’s CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification program.

Sergio received his bachelor's and master's degrees in personal financial planning from Texas Tech University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and is certified as an IRS Enrolled Agent.
