Scot Jackson, CPA^*, CFP®, is the managing director of financial planning at Hightower Signature Wealth (formerly known as Frontier). He also oversees the practice’s qualified plan consulting services and Hightower Signature Wealth’s investment/financial planning platform for young professionals. As a licensed Certified Public Accountant (Certified Public Accountant)* and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Scot is experienced in income taxation and efficiencies, qualified and non-qualified employer-provided plans, retirement distribution planning, risk mitigation, asset protection, and other financial planning subject areas. He has authored several of Hightower Signature Wealth’s proprietary white papers on various topics.

Scot began his career in public accounting and later transitioned to financial planning and wealth management. Scot graduated magna cum laude from Harding University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) in Accounting. He also has an MBA from the same institution. Scot is a member of the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
