Client Service Manager

Rich began his career as an advisor support specialist at Polaris Financial Services in New Haven, CT. In 2000, he moved to Aetna Financial Services as a commissions specialist, at which time he became registered in the financial services industry. In 2001, Rich moved to Pennsylvania and joined Valley Financial Group. Rich handles the processing of new accounts, account maintenance requests, and trading. He is also responsible for various recordkeeping and compliance tasks.

Rich was born and raised in East Lyme, CT. In 1997, he graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s degree in History/Social Science and Education. In 2000, he received his MBA from the University of New Haven. Rich met his wife soon after moving to Pennsylvania. They currently reside in Bensalem with their two sons. He is an avid Yankee fan. Together they enjoy camping, traveling to Connecticut and Trenton Thunder games.
