Pam specializes in women’s financial issues and guiding clients through important life transitions. She joined HTSW (formerly Stearns Financial Group) in 2007, bringing more than 25 years of experience across Fortune 100 companies, including Frito-Lay and Grey Advertising, as well as Big 8 accounting firms Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche. Her approach blends strong technical experience with a deep understanding of behavioral finance, shaped by her training with Money Quotient, Financial DNA, and the Kinder Institute. After more than two decades in San Francisco, Pam found her calling in helping women make confident financial and life decisions, a focus she has continued since relocating to Greensboro.

Pam holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA with a focus in Finance and Accounting from UC Irvine. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), and is actively involved with organizations including the AICPA, NCACPA, FPA, NAPFA, and the Sudden Money Institute. She has also held numerous leadership roles in her community, including serving on the board of Bennett College, the executive committee of the Greensboro Symphony Guild, and as president of Hospice of Silicon Valley, among others.

Through her combined corporate, advisory, and nonprofit experience, Pam brings a thoughtful, empowering approach to financial planning, helping clients navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
