Managing Director

Michael Tucci is former Co-Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Lexington Wealth Management and currently serves as Managing Director at Hightower Signature Wealth. For more than three decades, he has advised entrepreneurs, CEOs, executives, and multigenerational families through some of the most consequential financial and leadership transitions of their lives. Having built, led, and exited his own businesses, Michael understands firsthand that wealth is never just about numbers — it is about identity, family, stewardship, and legacy.

As an early adopter in joining Hightower Signature Wealth, Michael viewed the transition not simply as a structural change, but as a strategic evolution — one designed to enhance the resources, capabilities, and continuity available to clients while creating a clearer and more expansive career path for the practice’s next generation of advisors. The move reflects his long-standing belief that forward-thinking firms must continually strengthen their platform to serve families across generations.

In 2000, following the exit of the CPA firm he co-founded, Tucci & Roselli, Michael co-founded Lexington Wealth Management with a clear mission: to deliver institutional-quality investment discipline paired with deeply personal advisory relationships. As CEO, he guided the practice’s growth before aligning with Hightower Advisors in 2019 and later becoming Hightower Signature Wealth in 2026 — strengthening the platform while preserving the culture and client-first philosophy he helped establish.

Michael began his career at what is today Deloitte and at Digital Equipment Corporation before co-founding Tucci & Roselli CPAs. His work with institutional clients and corporate boards shaped his conviction that families deserve the same level of objective and strategically rigorous advice as large institutions.

To deepen his investment knowledge, Michael completed the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) program administered through The Wharton School and later earned his MBA from Bentley University. In recent years, he has been invited to speak to groups of Bentley students on leadership and career development. He has more regularly served as a guest lecturer within Babson College’s Entrepreneurship Program, speaking in classroom settings on business exits, founder transitions, and long-term value creation.

Michael was a founding member of Hightower’s first Advisor Council, helping establish advisor governance and representation within the national organization.

His work has earned both national and regional recognition. Over the years, he has been quoted and featured in publications including BusinessWeek, The Boston Globe, The Los Angeles Times as well as being featured on NPR.

A longtime member of both the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and Vistage, Michael has spent decades in peer forums alongside founders, CEOs, and senior executives across industries. These communities have meaningfully shaped his leadership philosophy — grounded in accountability, candid dialogue, strategic thinking, and long-term stewardship.

At the core of Michael’s advisory approach is the integration of the “head” and the “heart” — combining disciplined strategy with a deep understanding of the human dimensions of wealth. Many of his client relationships span decades, reflecting continuity of trust across generations.

He is equally committed to developing the next generation of advisors — both within Hightower Signature Wealth and more broadly across the profession. Michael believes stewardship extends not only to clients, but to the professionals who will guide them in the future. Through mentorship and leadership, he works to help ensure clients remain well positioned for years to come.

Earlier in his career, when his children were younger, Michael was deeply involved in youth sports in Winchester — coaching baseball and basketball and serving as Assistant Commissioner of AAA Winchester Little League — experiences that reinforced his belief in teamwork, leadership, and long-term development.

He lives in Winchester with his wife of 35 years. Together they are proud parents of three young adult children with whom they remain closely connected as they begin to chart their own paths. As a son, an uncle, and a member of a large and close-knit extended family, Michael’s identity as a family man profoundly shapes his perspective on wealth, responsibility, and legacy.

While he takes his clients’ goals and responsibilities seriously, Michael has always approached his career with authenticity, perspective, and a sense of humor — believing that discipline and clarity can coexist with warmth and approachability.

His goal remains simple: to help families make wise decisions, preserve what matters most, and confidently enjoy the lives they’ve worked so hard to build — today and for generations to come.
