In 1995, Mike Merdinger joined the financial planning field after many years at both the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, working as a Senior Vice President of Risk Management for Primary Securities Dealers both Domestic and International. As a Wealth Advisor with over 20 years of experience, it gives Mike great satisfaction working directly with family-owned businesses, senior executives, and other professionals in helping them achieve their objectives as well as seeing the direct benefits of our work together.

Mike has degrees in economics from the University of Kansas and Roosevelt University, is a founder of the Chicagoland Organization of Marine Families and Friends, and a member of the Evanston Rotary Club. Mike enjoys reading, crossword puzzles, cooking, travel, watching sports and spending time outside of work with his wife, Jenny, and two adult children who live nearby.
