Wealth Advisor, Managing Director
Matt Parenti was initially drawn to the financial planning profession by his enjoyment of business, economics, and finance. However, very quickly Matt learned that helping people achieve their goals was the best part – and now continues to be what gets him up in the morning. In the years since Matt began financial planning, he has learned to enjoy working with all sorts of situations but found his specialty in helping corporate and start-up executives and business owners. Matt enjoys helping clients think through their legacy and making what they built last for them and their family. While helping clients navigate markets and money brings plenty of joy, what Matt values above all else are the relationships forged with clients. Nothing gives Matt more satisfaction than earning the trust of a client by helping them achieve their financial and personal goals.
Matt received his undergraduate degree in consumer economics with a financial planning concentration from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and his master’s degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame. Matt is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Career Mentor & Women’s Initiative Advocate at the Certified Financial Planner Board, member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and a volunteer and scholarship judge for the Economic Awareness Council. Matt enjoys hiking, golfing, fishing, camping, skiing, and overall being outdoors. Win or lose, he is also a big Chicago Bears fan.
