Keren James

Wealth Advisor

Keren James is a Wealth Advisor with Hightower Signature Wealth (formerly known as The Rikoon Group) and is inspired by both top-down and bottom-up leadership. She is committed to serving and educating all clients, with a particular dedication to helping women build their financial acumen. Keren understands that clients will experience numerous transitions over the course of a life, and prioritizes communicating around each client’s personal situation and collaborating with them to meet their financial goals. Keren enjoys working with families and including the next generation in conversations around building family wealth and establishing healthy relationships with money. She is passionate about helping clients align their investing with their values. While advising a wide range of clients, Keren derives distinct satisfaction from working with women in transition, breadwinners, entrepreneurs, artists and musicians.

Keren holds a FINRA Series 65 and Series 6, and earned her Master of Arts in English Literature from New York University. Keren is proud to be a member of the Leadership Santa Fe 2024 cohort, and to serve as Board Secretary of Literacy Volunteers of Santa Fe. She previously served as Treasurer of the Acequia Madre PTC and as a member of the Santa Fe Opera Guild.

When not working, Keren enjoys hiking the desert with her pup, practicing yoga, swimming laps, cooking, hanging out with her teenage son, attending the opera, other live music or literary events, and sharing time over a great meal or coffee with dear friends.
