From the outset, Jim Weil has been deeply passionate about financial planning. When Jim entered the financial planning industry it was beginning to transform, and he embraced the industry's shift from product sales to client-focused problem-solving. Jim dedicated himself to understanding client concerns and developing comprehensive plans to meet their goals, which has been a cornerstone of his career.

In 2017, Jim became the Managing Partner of Hightower Signature Wealth (formerly known as Private Vista). In this capacity, Jim focuses more on strategic planning and business management to continue to grow business and deliver quality client experiences. Jim is committed to keeping Hightower Signature Wealth at the forefront of the industry, providing thoughtful solutions and maintaining a differentiated approach that he believes sets his practice apart.

Jim received his bachelor’s degree in financial planning from Purdue University, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^®, a Certified Investment Management Analyst^®, and a Chartered Financial Consultant^®. Jim is also a member of Desert Mountain Club, Legacy Partners, and Alpha Group. In his free time, Jim enjoys staying active through golfing, participating in triathlons, hiking, and skiing
