Jason Hastings is a Senior Wealth Advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) professional at Hightower Signature Wealth (formerly Lexington Wealth Management). With more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Jason brings a thoughtful, disciplined, and client‑first approach to helping individuals and families align their financial lives with their most meaningful goals. He is committed to building long‑term relationships and delivering guidance rooted in integrity, clarity, and compassion.

Before joining Hightower Signature Wealth in 2010, Jason worked at State Street Bank. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and completed the Financial Planning Program at Boston University. Jason also holds his Series 65 license.

Beyond his advisory work, Jason values staying active in his community. He is a co‑founder of Five Star Flag Football, a local flag football camp that allows him to combine his passion for sports with mentoring young athletes. Outside the office, Jason enjoys fishing, golf, football, and fitness. He lives in Reading with his wife and two daughters.
