Senior Client Service Manager

Heidi joined the Chapel Hill office of HTSW (formerly Stearns Financial Group) in 2020, bringing two decades of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career in 2000 with a small fiduciary firm in Arizona, where she developed a strong foundation in client-centered service and investment support. Heidi later spent 16 years at Morgan Stanley, serving as a registered service associate and trusted partner to multiple advisory teams. During this time, she played an integral role in portfolio updates, customized client service strategies, and the cultivation of long-standing client relationships. She was also selected to contribute to their coaching program, where she helped onboard and mentor new associates.

Beyond her day-to-day client responsibilities, Heidi is deeply committed to building trust-based relationships and enhancing collaboration between advisors and clients, believing that meaningful rapport is central to successful financial planning. Heidi takes pride in supporting advisors and empowering clients as they work confidently toward their long-term financial goals. She is known for her attention to detail and commitment to making complex processes feel approachable and well-organized for clients.

Heidi and her husband, Scott, live in Raleigh with their college-age son, Kellen, and their teenage daughter, Shelby. As a family, they enjoy traveling together - especially to tropical destinations and anywhere near the beach. Outside of work, Heidi loves attending concerts with family, hosting game nights with friends & neighbors, spending time in the garden with Scott & the dogs and enjoys watching football and hockey games.
