Eric could never pick just one path growing up—he wanted to be everything. After college the threads finally converged: a love of math and markets, a drive to earn trust, and the belief that guiding families through their most important financial decisions is as meaningful a responsibility as there is. Wealth management became the place where numbers and human stakes meet—and where he proves himself by showing up, day after day, for real people.
He brings an entrepreneur’s curiosity to the work. If he were not an advisor, he’d be building and backing start-ups across industries. That “prove it” mindset runs through his planning and investing: If you do not bring data, you are just another person with an opinion. An early mentor gave him the rule he still lives by: just being on time is not going to be good enough. Reliability and preparation are the quiet engines of his practice.
Two real-life “superpowers” help: a quick read on who truly knows their subject (and who does not), and a knack for finding the best in people—and drawing it out. He mentors students and interns, answers every question, and lets them see the full picture of what advisors actually do, because he remembers how much that mattered when he was starting out.
Life at home is busy in the best way for Eric and his wife Jill: with four kids and two dogs—days are long, years are short, and life is never dull. Weekends often mean road trips (the “down-in-the-details” kind that make the best family memories), golf, skiing, and building things—most famously a tree fort that would make a hardware store proud. Community is hands—on and family-wide: soup kitchens on Thanksgiving, charity runs, and blanket-and-treat drop-offs at local animal shelters—with the kids alongside to learn by doing.
Ask him what wealth means and you will not hear about things; you will hear about what money can do: protect a family, expand choices, fund education, and send good back into the world. Someday, retirement looks less like a fixed itinerary and more like a joyful, spontaneous chapter—travel, outdoors, and the freedom to make each day different.
