With more than 30 years of experience as a business leader, executive, and trusted advisor, she brings a broad and diverse financial background to her work with clients. Eileen takes a thoughtful, client-centered approach, helping individuals and families make informed financial decisions and navigate life's transitions with greater clarity and confidence.

Eileen is passionate about helping clients align their financial resources with their personal goals and values. She is particularly dedicated to supporting individuals through significant life events, including career transitions, retirement, divorce, the loss of a loved one, and other periods of change. She is also a committed mentor who has helped women build leadership skills, strengthen financial independence, and achieve their personal and professional aspirations.

Eileen held senior leadership roles at Arbella Commercial Insurance Group, Crum & Forster, The Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company, Columbia Insurance Agency, and CIGNA, advising executives and business owners on strategic financial and business matters. She has also served on the board of Massachusetts Hospital Association Solutions Insurance & Benefits, mentored leaders through Women Unlimited, Inc., holds a Series 65 license, and earned a B.S. in Accounting and Computer Science from Boston College.

Outside of work, Eileen and her husband enjoy life on Cape Cod, where they spend their free time golfing, gardening, and enjoying time with family and friends.
