Crystal Clifford serves as Managing Director, Head of Office for Hightower Signature Wealth, where she sets the strategic vision and leads multiple offices with a team of more than thirty professionals. Her focus is on driving growth, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Crystal joined Hightower in 2020, bringing more than two decades of leadership in wealth management operations and technology. Previously, she was Chief Operating Officer at Avantax Wealth Management in Dallas, Texas, overseeing all Operations and Technology functions for the broker-dealer from 2018 to 2020. Before Avantax, Crystal spent 18 years at LPL Financial in San Diego, California, where she held progressive leadership roles in Operations and Technology. In her final role as Senior Vice President of Technology, she managed risk and regulatory technology platforms for one of the industry’s largest independent broker-dealers.

Passionate about financial literacy, Crystal is committed to empowering women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make informed financial decisions and improve their lives.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 27, and 63 licenses.
