Carol joined HTSW (formerly Stearns Financial Group) in 2017 as a Client Advocate and has been a dedicated member of the Greensboro office ever since. She brings a diverse professional background spanning public relations, administration, customer service, and marketing. In her role, Carol is committed to exceeding client expectations, delivering thoughtful, creative solutions paired with quality, relationship-driven service. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and genuine desire to help others make her a trusted resource for clients and an invaluable member of the team.

Carol holds an Associate of Applied Science in Marketing and Management from Western Technical College in La Crosse, Wisconsin, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Potsdam. She has earned the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP™) designation and is a commissioned Notary Public in North Carolina.

Originally relocating to North Carolina in 2009 with her husband and children, Carol has become actively engaged in her community. She supports local organizations including the Greensboro YMCA’s Bright Beginnings program, Bikes for Kids in Greensboro, and Habitat for Humanity’s Weaver’s Grove initiative in Orange County. Outside of work, she enjoys figure skating, cooking new recipes for family gatherings, growing orchids, and pursuing creative outlets that allow her to express her artistic side.
