Blaire Vance joined Hightower Signature Wealth, formerly known as Frontier, as a wealth associate after graduating from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business with a degree in finance. During her time at Texas Tech, she was actively involved in the Finance Association and the Banking Association, where she deepened her understanding of the financial industry and built meaningful connections with peers and professionals.

Blaire discovered her passion for finance early in her academic journey, becoming fascinated by the impact thoughtful financial planning can have on individuals and families. She values building trust with clients and takes pride in helping them feel more confident and informed about their financial futures.

Outside of work, Blaire enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants and exploring everything Dallas has to offer. She also has a strong interest in fashion and loves traveling with friends.
