Alla Trachtenberg brought more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry when she joined Hightower Signature Wealth (formerly Lexington Wealth Management) in 2025. Her career began at Peak Financial, where she spent sixteen years (2000–2016) developing experience in client service, financial operations, and relationship management. She continued to build on this foundation at Integrated from 2018 to 2024, further strengthening her ability to support clients through complex financial needs and life transitions.

During a brief hiatus from the financial sector, Alla broadened her professional experience by serving as an Events Coordinator for the Russian School of Mathematics. In this role, she honed her organizational, communication, and project‑management skills—strengths she continues to bring to her work with clients today.
