About Paul
Paul M. Prescott brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience to Hightower Signature Wealth, formerly Sandy Cove Advisors. In his role, he works closely with the leadership team on financial planning, operations, and long-term growth.
Paul’s career spans investment management, corporate finance, and entrepreneurial ventures. He has helped organizations scale operations, navigate acquisitions, and build the financial infrastructure needed for sustainable growth. He brings a practical, strategic perspective to decisions that connect finance, operations, and investment analysis.
Before joining Sandy Cove Advisors, Paul served as CFO of Monarch Partners Asset Management LLC, helping guide the firm’s growth to $1 billion in assets under management. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Fund Distributors Inc. and The Boston Company, where he developed professional experience in institutional finance and operational controls.
Paul is also a co-founder and Partner at FIDE Advisors LLC, a boutique firm that provides outsourced CFO and COO services to emerging and growing companies across a range of industries.
Outside of work, Paul has served on the Finance Committee at Frenchman’s Reserve and volunteered with Cohasset youth sports programs as a coach, treasurer, and club president.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colby College and an MBA in Finance from Boston College.
