About David

David Catron joined Hightower Signature Wealth (formerly known as Frontier) in 2017 and has years of experience in the areas of investment research and advice. He acts as a liaison to our Investment Committee, writing our quarterly letters and investment updates, communicating Investment Committee actions internally and to our clients. David also serves our clients as a wealth advisor. He previously worked as a senior wealth advisor for USAA Investment Management Company.

David received a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies from California State University, Long Beach. He earned a master’s degree in investment management and financial analysis and a Master of Business Administration from the Heider College of Business at Creighton University. In addition, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation. David is a member of the CFA Society of Dallas-Fort Worth, is active in the community and serves at his local church.
