Hightower Signature Wealth Exceeds $50 Billion in AUM Through Expanded Partnership with Altium Wealth
CHICAGO — November 3, 2026 — Hightower Advisors today announced that Altium Wealth (“Altium”), an established Hightower practice with more than $9 billion in assets under management*, will join Hightower Signature Wealth (“HTSW”) and extend its investment capabilities across the Hightower One platform.
With the addition of Altium, HTSW now manages more than $50 billion in assets* and includes over 175 advisors across more than 45 locations nationwide. The expanded relationship significantly increases HTSW’s presence in the Northeast and adds an accomplished advisory business with sophisticated investment management capabilities.
Altium’s 10-person investment team will also take on an expanded role within Hightower One, strengthening the investment capabilities and resources available to advisors and clients across the Hightower community. The team will collaborate with advisors on portfolio construction, complex asset transitions and ongoing investment management.
Founded in 2010, Altium serves individuals, families and institutions from offices in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Its investment approach combines disciplined asset allocation and risk management with careful consideration of taxes, costs and each client’s individual circumstances. The practice has extensive experience designing and implementing customized portfolios for clients with complex financial needs.
As part of HTSW, the Altium team will have access to additional centralized resources across operations, technology, marketing and business development, supporting the practice’s continued growth while allowing its advisors to remain focused on serving clients. HTSW, in turn, gains the scale, operating experience and specialized investment capabilities of an established Hightower firm.
“Altium brings meaningful scale, an experienced advisory team and sophisticated investment capabilities to HTSW,” said Larry Restieri, Chief Executive Officer of Hightower Advisors. “This expanded relationship reflects our vision for HTSW: bringing together established wealth management firms, preserving the qualities that have made them successful and creating opportunities to leverage their experience and capabilities across the broader organization. Altium’s expanded role in Hightower One demonstrates how that approach can create value for advisors and clients across Hightower.”
By extending Altium’s capabilities through Hightower One, Hightower will expand advisors’ access to institutional-quality investment resources while preserving the personalized advice and portfolio flexibility clients expect.
“Partnering with HTSW is a natural next step in our evolution,” said Jim Dowling, Partner and Founder of Altium. “This structure allows us to remain focused on the client relationships, investment discipline and entrepreneurial culture that define our practice while gaining additional resources to support our team and continued growth. Our expanded role in Hightower One also gives us the opportunity to bring our investment capabilities to more advisors and clients across Hightower.”
