Hightower Signature Wealth rallies women across the country to support patients and families during Breast Cancer Awareness Month

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, that spirit of community was on full display as our teams across the country supported Pink Aid and its mission to provide compassionate assistance to women and families affected by breast cancer.

The Power of Community

Breast cancer affects millions of individuals and families, making support systems more important than ever. Throughout October, Hightower Signature Wealth team members, clients, friends, and community members united to help make a difference in the lives of women undergoing treatment.

Across the country, our teams assembled and delivered Pink Aid’s Bags of Compassion to local hospitals, providing comfort and encouragement to women undergoing breast cancer treatment. Thoughtfully filled with comfort items and handwritten notes of support, these bags served as a reminder that recipients are not alone in their journey. In addition, our teams helped raise awareness by sharing breast cancer prevention and screening information, encouraging women to prioritize their health through regular screenings and proactive care.

For many participants, taking the time to write personal messages was the most meaningful part of the experience, creating a personal connection with women facing treatment and offering words of hope when they are needed most.

More importantly, these efforts created opportunities to bring people together around a cause that touches so many lives. Conversations were shared, stories were exchanged, and connections were strengthened through a common desire to support and uplift others.

A Nationwide Effort with Local Impact

From Westport, CT and Lexington, MA, to Dallas, TX and Chapel Hill, NC, each Hightower Signature Wealth team embraced the opportunity to engage its local community while supporting a shared mission.

Every event reflected the unique character of its community. Survivors, caregivers, family members, friends, clients, and advocates came together to raise awareness and support women and families impacted by breast cancer. While each gathering looked different, they all demonstrated the power of community and the difference that can be made when people unite around a meaningful cause.

Celebrating Hope at Pink Aid’s Annual National Gala, Pink Royale

As part of our month-long support of Pink Aid, members of our Westport team were honored to attend Pink Aid’s Annual National Gala, Pink Royale. The event brought together survivors, advocates, healthcare professionals, community leaders, and supporters for an evening dedicated to hope, resilience, and impact.

The gala served as a powerful reminder of the important work Pink Aid does every day, helping provide critical support and resources to women and families navigating breast cancer. It was also an opportunity to celebrate the generosity of a community committed to helping others.

Our Breast Cancer Awareness Month initiatives exemplified that mission, bringing people together in service of a cause that resonates deeply within our communities.
