Mr. Walsh is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and managing director with Hightower Signature Wealth (formerly known as Frontier). Tom works with clients to develop financial planning and wealth management strategies that fit their individual needs. Prior to joining Hightower Signature Wealth in 2001, Tom was with Lincoln Financial Advisors for four years, also serving as a comprehensive financial planner. Prior to Lincoln Financial, Mr. Walsh worked at Fidelity Investments as a retirement account specialist.

In 2004, Tom opened the Austin office for Hightower Signature Wealth and leads a team that has grown the local office to regularly appear on the Austin Business Journal List for Wealth Managers and Financial Planning Firms. Tom is a former president and chairman of the Austin Financial Planners Association and has appeared as a guest columnist with the Austin Business Journal in its Wealth Management section. He is an active volunteer with Junior Achievement, empowering young people for work-readiness and financial literacy, and also works with The Foundation for Financial Planning, along with additional community causes. He gives back to his alma mater of the University of Texas, by serving on the Texas Exes Scholarship Review Board, and gives back to his community by heading up the Friends of Perry Park with the Austin Parks Foundation. Tom is married and has two great kids.
