Emma earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality with events management from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. She has built her career with some of the world’s most recognized customer-focused organizations, including The Walt Disney Company, where she developed a deep appreciation for service excellence, brand storytelling, and creating memorable experiences.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Emma relocated to the United States in 2021 and now resides in Orlando, Florida, with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and creating new adventures with her family, especially when visiting loved ones. Emma also enjoys staying active at the gym, taking walks in the Florida sunshine, and making magical memories with her daughter at Walt Disney World.
