About Dax

Dax Dixson is a wealth advisor based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, serving clients across the Triangle and throughout North Carolina. His work combines portfolio management with broader wealth advice, particularly for clients facing complicated decisions involving real estate, large transactions, or other situations with meaningful tax and estate implications. Dax spends much of his time helping clients understand how different choices affect investments, taxes, and longer-term outcomes, and then pulling those pieces together into a portfolio and strategy that actually make sense given their situation.

Dax grew up in eastern North Carolina and is a big sports fan, particularly the Tar Heels and the Panthers. He enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family. He and his wife have one daughter, and on most weekends, you’ll likely find them traveling to visit family or in the backyard grilling.
