As Managing Director and Head of Office at Hightower Signature Wealth (formerly known as Fairport Wealth), Mike Drennen helps set the strategic direction of the team. With a leadership style grounded in humility and gratitude, Mike is committed to inspiring client families and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Mike brings 20 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Hightower Signature Wealth, he served as Executive Director on the Advisor Engagement team at Hightower Advisors, where he partnered with advisory firms nationwide to drive growth and operational excellence. His earlier roles include Vice President of Business Consulting at Carson Group and eight years at Fidelity Investments, where he worked with some of the largest and most complex RIAs as part of the National Accounts Relationship Management team. Mike began his career in banking at Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Now based in Boston, Massachusetts, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Katie and their four children. Outside of work, he is an avid soccer coach, golfer, and outdoor enthusiast.
