Lisa is a valued member of the client service team, working closely with clients and advisors to support account administration and provide timely, attentive service. She began her career in the financial services industry in 1983 and has a background in retirement plan services and insurance administration. Lisa attended Western Michigan University and the University of Michigan.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, hiking, biking, yoga, and traveling. She also values being an active member of her local community and taking advantage of Michigan’s great outdoors.
